ZIXPY Cancellation Policy
A. Scope of this Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all ZIXPY experiences, including but not limited to:
• Signature Savor
• Sips & Suds (or successor tours)
• Grand Reserve (or successor tours)
• Any custom or private group tours operated by ZIXPY
By booking a tour, you agree to this policy.

B. Guest Cancellations – Public / Shared Tours
(Signature Savor, Sips & Suds, other shared departures)
Because our tours are small-group, each seat is important. The timelines below help us cover pre-paid costs such as winery tasting fees, lunches, and transportation.
1. Standard cancellation timeline
• 5 or more days before your tour date
Option 1: Full refund to your original payment method, minus a 5% processing/merchant fee OR Option 2: 100% tour credit with no fee, valid for 12 months from your original tour date. Please contact for rebooking if you choose this option.
• 2-4 days before your tour date
Option 1: 50% refund to your original payment method OR
Option 2: 100% tour credit (no refund) valid for 12 months from your original tour date
• Less than 48 hours (2 days) before your tour date
No refund. But you may choose to rebook for another tour date within 12 months from your original tour date as a tour credit.
2. No-shows & late arrivals
• Our tours depart on time out of respect for all guests and our winery partners.
• If you do not show up, or arrive after the stated departure time and miss the tour:
Your booking is treated as a no-show
No refund.

C. Guest Cancellations – Private & Full-Vehicle Tours
(Private groups, buy-outs, custom itineraries, corporate events, etc.)
Because private tours block an entire vehicle, guide, and winery schedule just for your group, cancellation timelines are slightly longer.
• Cancel more than 14 days before departure:
Option 1: Full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs (venue pre-buys, tasting fees, special permits, etc.)
Option 2: 100% credit valid for 12 months from original tour date
• Cancel 7-13 days before departure:
Option 1: 50% refund of total tour price (if paid in full)
Option 2: 100% credit valid for 12 months from original tour date
• Cancel 7-13 days before departure:
• 100% credit valid for 12 months
• Less than 5 days before your tour date
• No refund and no credit

D. Rescheduling Your Tour
We know life happens! When possible, we’d rather host you on a different date than cancel altogether.
• Outside your non-refundable window (see sections B & C):
One complimentary reschedule per booking, subject to availability
• Any additional date changes may incur a change fee (for example, $25 per person or a flat amount per booking)
• Inside the non-refundable window:
Reschedule requests are treated as cancellations under this policy
We’ll still try to help if we can fill your seats, but we can’t guarantee it

E. Booking Transfers (Sending Someone in Your Place)
If you can’t attend, you may transfer your spot to another guest, as long as:
• The replacement guest is 21 years of age or older
• They agree to and sign all required waivers and tour terms
• You notify us by email at least 24 hours before departure with their full name and contact information
There is no fee for a straightforward name change.

F. Weather, Safety & Operator-Initiated Cancellations
We operate rain or shine, and North Georgia weather can change quickly. Light rain or overcast conditions do not trigger cancellations.
ZIXPY may cancel or modify a tour if, in our sole judgment, any of the following make the trip unsafe or impractical:
• Severe or dangerous weather
• Road closures or unsafe conditions
• Vehicle breakdown or mechanical issues
• Winery closures or unforeseen operational issues
• Minimum guest count not met for a particular tour (if applicable)
If ZIXPY cancels your tour:
• You may choose either:
A full refund of the tour price, or
A 100% credit toward a future tour (valid for 12 months)
• This is your exclusive remedy for an operator-initiated cancellation.
• ZIXPY is not responsible for additional costs such as lodging, other tours, meals, transportation, or any incidental/indirect damages.

H. How to Cancel or Change a Booking
To protect both you and us, we only accept cancellations and reschedule requests in writing.

• Your notice is effective on the date and time we receive your email (Eastern Time)
• Please include:
Booking name
Tour name and date
Phone number
Whether you’re requesting a cancellation, reschedule, or name change
If you booked through a third-party platform (such as an online travel agency or reseller), their cancellation rules may apply, and you must cancel through that platform.

I. Refund Method & Timing
• Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment
• Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund
• ZIXPY is not responsible for delays on the part of your bank, credit card company, or payment platform
• Any non-refundable merchant or booking fees (if disclosed at booking) will not be refunded

J. Group Size Changes
If someone in your party backs out:
• Reductions in headcount are treated under the same timelines as cancellations (sections B & C)
• If your group size drops below the minimum required for a private tour or private pricing, we may:
• Re-quote your tour at the appropriate rate or
• Convert it to a public/shared departure, if available

K. Special Events & Blackout Dates
Certain special departures (holiday tours, New Year’s, limited-availability winery events, etc.) may have stricter cancellation terms.
• Any such exceptions will be clearly indicated at the time of booking
• In those cases, the special event terms override this general policy

L. Policy Updates
ZIXPY may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking governs your reservation.
